Crumbling City

Crumbling City is a VR game (with PC support) where you're a giant dinosaur in a big city and your goal is to destroy that city before the City Defenders take you down. This projects started out as a simple prototype because I wanted to know how VR games were made. I modelled some simple buildings in Blender, added some basic weapons and posted it on Reddit. It got quite a lot of attention which convinced me to continue working on the project. I then implemented procedural world generation, which has now become very advanced with multiple biomes, cool shapes, and complex algorithms. After working on this project with my dad for a couple of months, we decided that this was going to be our first commercial project. After we had released Crumbling City in 2021, we had way more wishlists and sales than we ever expected and decided to continue working on the game with new exciting updates.

Even though some other people have also helped me on this project, I wrote most of the code, made all 3D models myself in Blender, created the game UI and wrote the story.
